The Health Check is a great tool to identify any areas in which you may be vulnerable to an Employment Tribunal, and quickly and simply rectify them.
02 Standard Policies & Procedures
We have model policies and procedures for every aspect of employment which we can provide and adapt for your organisation. This is a great way of having HR policies that are "fit for purpose" at a very affordable price.
03 Bespoke Policies & Procedures
Some HR policies and procedures need to be tailored to your organisation and employees. This is particularly useful if you have specialist staff or departments, or a specific problem to be resolved.
