Katherine has worked in Human Resources for over 25years. She spent the first 12 years of her career with Marks and Spencer in a range of roles from Regional HR Manager to the HR Manager of the Retail Change programme. Having left Marks and Spencer in 2005, she and Sharon set up Circle HR where they have been working ever since with private and not-for-profit businesses, supporting them with all their HR and Learning and Development needs.

She has significant experience in the areas of change management, employee engagement, management development, organisational structure and HR and L&D strategy development. Katherine is highly experienced in identifying, developing and implementing change strategies for organisations. Having been the lead HR manager for the M&S change programme she then moved onto working with many SME’s in developing their people strategies to improve organisation efficiencies and support business growth.
