HR Healthcheck

 

We have developed the HR Healthcheck with two objectives:

  • To help you assess any areas where you are not legally complaint;
  • To help you identify the areas of HR which are effective and those areas that require attention and development.

 

What is a HR Healthcheck?

Keeping up to date with changes in Employment law and other HR practices can be a minefield.  
 
Circle HR, based in Surrey, can provide you with an HR expert to conduct an assessment of your organisation to see
if you are managing HR issues effectively, following good HR practice and keeping within the law.



What does an HR Healthcheck involve?

Step 1 - A meeting with someone in your organisation with responsibility for HR, who considers a series of questions covering a range of HR areas including:

  • Policies and Procedures
  • Recruitment and Selection
  • Pay and Reward
  • Performance Management
  • Learning & Development
  • HR Administration and Payroll
  • HR strategy

Step 2 - A report focusing on key findings and recommendations


Step 3 - A follow-up meeting to discuss the findings and agree action
