HR Health Check. This is an assessment of your organisation to check that your policies and procedures are compliant with the law, and to identify areas where you may benefit from improvements.  The Healthcheck is a great tool to identify any areas in which you may be vulnerable to Employment Tribunal, and quickly and simply rectify them.
