We work with a number of SME's who generally have between 5 - 300 staff. These organisations often come to us in the first place because their business is growing and they no longer have the time or knowledge to handle their ever-increasing HR issues. Sometimes however, businesses come to us as when faced with employment disputes and this has led them to the realisation that they need support to ensure that their policies and practices are legally compliant and fit for purpose.

 

When we start working with clients we often recommend carrying out a HR Healthcheck. This helps us understand how HR currently operates within the organisation, what is required to make them legally compliant, and what we could do to help them become more efficient in managing their employees.  

 

We work with small and medium size businesses in the Guildford and Godalming areas extening to the Home Counties and South-East London.  Our clients generally have between 5 and 300 staff and many of them come to us in their "start-up" period for basic HR documentation such as contracts, policies and procedures. Other clients have have reached a point where they are seeking additional HR support for areas such as legal compliance, policy development, employee disputes, line management training, recruitment. people engagement, job descriptions and organisational structure.
