At Circle HR we tailor our services to match the needs of our clients so that they get effective, timely and pragmatic help, advice and support when they need it, at a price they can afford to pay.

HR Healthcheck
Keeping up to date with changes in Employment law and other HR practices can be a real minefield.
 
Circle HR can provide you with an HR expert to conduct an assessment of your organisation to see if you are managing the HR issues, following good HR practice and keeping within the law.

Consultancy Services
There are times when you might require specialised input into a specific area of work. We can provide
tailored consultancy services to meet your needs and budget. One of our consultants will meet with a member of your team to agree the scope of the work and the number of days required.

Examples of projects undertaken using our consultancy services include:

  • Design and introduction of a performance management framework
  • Development and implementation of a strategy for reducing absenteeism
  • Production or updating of Staff Handbook and policies and procedures
  • Development of a recruitment and selection process
  • Managing a redundancy programme
  • Training and Development planning
  • Design and introduction of an induction programme

Retained Services
Our services can be purchased on a quarterly basis and drawn down as and when required.

For example, you may choose to purchase 5 days of consultancy/ support per quarter and utilise as issues arise or to deliver an agreed HR plan.


Telephone / email support
Without in-house human resources, businesses can be vulnerable to minor issues escalating into something more serious and damaging.

This service gives you in-house HR expertise, while avoiding the cost of a employing a full time HR professional.

For a small monthly fee, we can provide telephone and e-mail support from one of our qualified consultants. With a pragmatic approach we can give you practical advice and guide you through any HR issues you face.


Questions such as:

  • One of my employees is constantly late, what can I do?
  • Someone has just announced they are pregnant, what do I do next?
  • How do I discipline staff members - is there a set procedure?


We have a range of best practice checklists, procedures and forms that we can share with you to save you time.

E-mail support
This service requires you to submit a query/issue to us by email. Circle HR commits to respond to you, either by e-mail or phone as appropriate, within 1 working day of receiving your query.

On-site support
Circle HR can provide you with on-site HR support each month to deal with your ongoing HR requirements.

One-to-one coaching
We can provide one-to-one coaching for line managers to develop their people management skills.


Training
We can provide a range of ‘bite-size’, half and one-day courses specifically designed to help your managers to manage their people more effectively. Examples include:

  • Managing Disciplinary and Grievances
  • Managing Absence
  • Managing Performance
  • Recruiting new staff
  • Managing a team
